Why Refer to The Healthy Teen Project
HTP is here to help if you find that one or more of your clients are in need of eating disorder treatment at the PHP and/or IOP levels of care.
When a referral is made our intake coordinator will conduct a thorough assessment to determine if our program is right for your client. If not, we will make a recommendation for a program better suited for their needs.
Once admitted to our program, our multidisciplinary treatment team will work closely with you to ensure timely coordination and collaboration of care. You will be involved in important treatment planning and decision making.
As your client successfully nears completion of our program, we will work closely with you (and other outpatient providers) to ensure effective discharge planning.
The quality of care we provide families and the reputation we’ve earned in the eating disorder community should allow you to feel confident in your decision when you are referring to The Healthy Teen Project.
